Splend provides eco-friendly and affordable cars to on-demand drivers, so they can focus on earning an income. Having made waves in Australia and across the globe, Splend wanted to make a splash in London. To do so they enlisted the help of Koto to create a new brand strategy that would be rolled our across the global brand.

For this project, I joined the team at Koto to lead on developing the tone of voice and copy. Working alongside their brilliant team of brand strategists and designers I helped to craft:

  • Brand values

  • Tone of voice

  • Tone of voice guidelines

  • Brand lexicon

  • Writing style guide

  • Copywriting for Splend’s website, social media, advertising and communications
